500 Mile Worksheet

500-miles-2017

If you’d like to set your sights to run 500 miles this year, here is a spreadsheet that will help keep you on track.

The worksheet will allow you to log your miles each day you run, and it will keep an ongoing tally for you.

I have also provided a plan for you if you need a little extra help and motivation to get you started.  My plan works on the premise that you already run a little, but maybe haven’t done much in a while.  If you are completely new to running, I would suggest starting out with the Couch to 5k plan.  It is widely accepted as a smart and safe way to get you into a healthy habit of running.

My suggestions to help you get started:

  1. Write down your goal (500 Miles)
  2. Set a deadline (within a year/by Dec 31)
  3. Measure and Evaluate
  4. Surround yourself with positive helpers (connect with our Facebook group)
  5. Just Do It!

Good luck with your new goals!
